Flameproof Control/Transformer unit, suitable for use in Zone1 (Class1, Division 1) Hazardous Area
complying with following requirements:
Capacity : Capable of connecting 2nos. 60w Handlamp with 20mtrs
cable with not more than 2 percent voltage drop at Handlamp end.
Input voltage : 250 volts +/-10 percent, 50 Hz.
Output voltage : 24 Volts
Certified : Ex ed IIC T4

Completely wired & assembled with:
- Main Incoming MCB 2.5 Amps at 250 V ,50 Hz.
- 2 nos. FLP sockets at output side, with Overload protection (Sockets shall be integral part of Control unit housing and not separate extended fixture). 24 V with two nos. MCB,10 Amps for short circuit /over
load protection (one MCB for two hand lamps )
- 2 nos. matching FLP plugs at output side, with interlocked 2 pole switches allowing for safe on-load coupling and uncoupling.
- seals & protection cap for unused sockets.
- FLP cable gland for input cable entry.
- 30 meters of input cable complying with following Specs:
