LED housing assembly and heat sink must be of die cast aluminum with Corrosion-free epoxy powder coat for corrosion protection and heat dissipation.
LED board assembly lens cover must be made of heat and impact resistant glass or UV treated domed polycarbonate.
Fixture must utilize silicon type gaskets between the driver and LED housing as well as neoprene type gaskets between the lens cover and LED board for ingress protection against dust and water.
Fixtures must not contain mercury or any other hazardous chemicals.
The fixture must have an option for attaching safety chains.
The fixture design must have serviceable drivers accessible from the back of fixture and field replaceable without removing the fixture from the mount installation.
The power supply or driver must be separated from the LED boards to maximize thermal dissipation and maintain lower driver baseplate temperatures.
Fixture shall be ready to connect supply mains & connectors must be utilized for wiring connection from LEDs to drivers and from drivers to supply mains.
Fixture must successfully be tested for 3 axis (5G) vibration @ 30 Hz frequency using all mounting options to withstand extreme vibration-prone environments.
Thermal pad must be utilized with PCB board and LED drivers for heat dissipation.
Reflectors must be utilized for NEMA 7x6
